AVTOVAZ raises tariff rates and salaries by 9%

At the Conciliatory Commission Meeting held by AVTOVAZ on May 23, Company’s management and Trade Union representatives decided to raise tariff rates and salaries of its employees by 9% starting from June 1, 2023.
Annual tariff rates indexation is set in the AVTOVAZ collective agreement and determined by company’s production and economic activities and the subsistence minimum of working population of the Samara region.

The Conciliatory Commission Meeting considered results of production and economic activities throughout 2022 and 4 months of 2023, production program tasks and new models production launch, as well as decisions regarding ensuring personnel employment in 2022 and 2023. The decision to transfer the LADA Vesta production in Togliatti, as well as ensuring AVTOVAZ team employment through temporary work organization with personal support of the Samara Region Governor Dmitry Azarov are mentioned separately.
Decisions on salary’s purchasing power support through advanced tariff rates increase, bonus payout, establishment of additional monthly payments to workers and line staff were marked as well.
Unconditional fulfillment of obligations and actions of Company’s Collective agreement was confirmed. Additional funds for implementing measures to improve working conditions and update social infrastructure were allocated in 2023.
Inflation rates in Russia and the Samara region, subsistence minimum growth of working population in the Samara region, housing and communal services increaser and other figures were also considered when regarding indexation issue.
Close consideration of all factors and figures resulted in decision to increase tariff rates and salaries for AVTOVAZ employees.
