- Timely and obligatory performance by the consumer of the Scheduled maintenance of the vehicle in the official LADA service and control and inspection work to identify defects in the paintwork and anti-corrosion coating of the car body
- Availability of the "Service Book", "Warranty Card" and compliance with their requirements (in case of loss or damage, urgently contact the official LADA service)
- Compliance with the requirements in the "Operation Manual", "Warranty Card" and "Service Book"
- Timely elimination of other malfunctions after their detection in the official LADA service
- Use of high-quality auto components, consumables and fuel
- The final decision on the elimination of the malfunction on the car is made by the official LADA service or JSC "AVTOVAZ"
- in case of violation (non-observance) of the conditions and rules of operation, care and/or maintenance of the car provided for in the Service Book and the Operating Instructions, incl. in case of failure to have (untimely) maintenance at official service stations in accordance with the requirements of the Service Book, failure to provide the car on time to eliminate the identified failure, operation of the car in the presence of signs of malfunctions, if this was the cause of a failure or an increase in malfunction (defect)
- when making changes to the software, factory settings, parameters of electronic control units, if this was the cause (direct or indirect) of a failure or an increase in malfunction (defect)
- in case of unauthorized change of data on mileage in odometer readings or in other devices provided by the manufacturer
- in case of damage to the load-bearing elements of the body due to mechanical influences, including road traffic accidents, incl. previously repaired by the customer, if this was the cause (direct or indirect) of a failure or an increase in malfunction (defect)
- with gas equipment installed, with the exception of those included in the standard equipment, if this was the cause (direct or indirect) of a failure or an increase in malfunction (defect)
- in case of abrasion and deformation of control elements of the car systems, parts, components of the interior and exterior of the car (surfaces of buttons, switches, steering wheel, handles, handrails, etc.)
- for sounds, noises, squeaks or vibration that do not affect the functional characteristics of the vehicle, the operation of components and assemblies
- in case of malfunctions and damages, the direct or indirect cause of which could be the dismantling, disassembly and repair of components, parts, units, assemblies or the car as a whole, work on the installation of any additional equipment, accessories by companies not authorized by the manufacturer, as well as when changes are made into the car design, if this was the cause (direct or indirect) of a failure or an increase in malfunction (defect)
- for malfunctions and damage to parts, units and assemblies of the vehicle in the absence or damage of the manufacturer's identification marking on them
- in case of malfunctions resulting from failure to eliminate or untimely elimination of other malfunctions after they were discovered by an authorized manufacturer's organization, as well as resulting from work performed in organizations not authorized by the manufacturer.
- in case of malfunctions resulting from repair or maintenance in companies unauthorized by the manufacturer, i.e. not belonging to its official dealer network, the use of non-original spare parts, materials and non-compliance with the repair methods recommended by the manufacturer.
- in case of malfunctions resulting from the use of not recommended by the manufacturer or low-quality operating materials, oils, fuel, as well as resulting from continued operation with a lack of operating fluids. In case of traces of operating fluids that do not lead to a decrease in their level ("fogging")
- in case of moisture condensation on the inner surface of external lighting equipment and in other closed cavities of the car, resulting from natural processes.
- for consumable auto parts, including fuels and lubricants and operating fluids of all vehicle systems, wiper blades, fuses, filters, lamps, ignition plugs, drive belts and corresponding rollers, tires, brake pads, discs and drums.
- in case of malfunctions and damage as a result of mechanical, chemical, thermal or other external influences in the following cases:
road accidents, bumps, scratches, traces of stones and other solid objects, hail, actions of third parties;
exposure to air pollutants, compounds used to prevent freezing of road surfaces, chemically active substances and substances of plant origin, as well as animal waste products;
erroneous actions when driving a car, careless driving on uneven road surfaces or transporting goods with a load exceeding the permissible limits and associated with shock loads on car parts, including parts of the transmission, suspension, steering, car body;
force majeure circumstances (lightning, fire, flood, earthquake, military action, terrorist attacks, etc.)
The final decision on any faults found on the vehicle is made by the dealer, manufacturer or manufacturer's authorized organization.

In case of untimely control and inspection of the state of the paintwork and anti-corrosion coating of the body, according to the coupons of the "Service Book", the manufacturer's warranty for the body is lost. During the first year of vehicle operation, control and inspection of the condition of the paintwork and anti-corrosion coating of the body is carried out no later than the day of actions according to the technical service coupon No. 1 for the vehicle.
The warranty period starts from the date of handing the car to the first owner.
The manufacturer's warranty obligations are valid if the consumer performs scheduled maintenance of the vehicle in a timely and obligatory manner in the authorized organizations of the manufacturer.
Malfunctions in the vehicle due to the manufacturer's fault that arise during the warranty period shall be repaired at the expense of the manufacturer. Repair of operational malfunctions and the work performed according to the coupons for maintenance and control/inspection of the state of the paintwork and anti-corrosion coating of the body shall be done at the expense of the consumer.
The customer shall compensate also for diagnostic work initiated by the customer and not related to the elimination of malfunctions that have arisen through the fault of the manufacturer during the warranty period, operational adjustments due to improper operation of the car, exposure to external and other factors, including: cleaning the fuel system, adjusting the wheel alignment, adjusting the engine, inspecting and adjusting the brakes, adjusting the clutch mechanism.
Warranty obligations are valid if scheduled maintenance is performed on time.
