LADA in outlet: new format of “Magnit” super stores

History of AVTOVAZ and LADA brand is represented in the design of renewed “Magnit” hypermarket opened on November 28 in Togliatti. This is a new store from the series of “localized” hypermarkets of the network, which interior space is created given the particular characteristics of the city location.

The outlet of the super store in Togliatti displays an automotive topic inspired by AVTOVAZ, the biggest automotive plant in Russia. There are two real LADA cars inside the compact hypermarket with optimized space. The store is designed in the city streets style: the floor has crosswalks and paths, instead of standard navigation there are roadside posts. There are unique “auto” stands made specifically for the store subject – for example, the drink stand is made of several tires.

“We are glad to present a car superstore made in cooperation with AVTOVAZ. This is a key Togliatti enterprise, most of its employees are our regular customers. Together with the auto giant, we have created a unique store that has no analogues in Russia and made it interesting for the customers. Moreover, we have extended to the store our special loyalty program for all company employees – showing a factory pass one can get there a 10% discount on Wednesdays and Saturdays, when buying from 800 rubles. We are sure that this will make the trip to the new superstore even more valuable”, commented Ruslan Ismailov, Deputy CEO, Director of retail chain management at Magnit.

A set of measures to prevent the spread of viral diseases has been fully applied in the updated store. There are protective screens and floor stickers in the checkout area so that customers can navigate the markings and keep a safe distance. Several times a day, the store premises, carts, and cash register equipment are disinfected. All employees undergo a mandatory daily health check, and their temperature is measured. Antiseptics are installed for customers and masks are issued free of charge.
