LADA 4x4 is the choice of the police of Mongolia

The police of Mongolia purchased 19 five-door LADA 4x4. Cars will be used in remote areas of the country, where the off-road capability and capacity of the SUV are demanded. They received additional equipment to work in the Mongolian police: radio set, light-speaking devices, video recorders, access systems to police databases, a special color scheme.

LADA 4x4 has full-time 4WD system with downshifting and the ability to enable part-time central differentiate lock. The five-seat cabin is combined with a functional trunk, the volume of which is 420 l or 780 l when folded seats. The long base of the car (2700 mm) increases comfort when driving, while preserving the legendary permeability of LADA 4x4 thanks to short overhangs and high ground clearance (more than 200 mm). It was the five-door LADA 4x4 that set the record when climbing in the mountains – on the Tibetan plateau in the Himalayas the car drove to a height of 5726 meters above sea level.

Just a reminder: LADA sales in Mongolia started in the spring 2019, when the first dealership was opened in the capital Ulaanbaatar. The showroom meets all LADA standards both in terms of external visual identification and interior design. Customer service is carried out according to LADA standards. All the staff of the dealership had been trained and is highly skilled to sell and maintenance LADA cars.

In addition to the 5-door LADA 4x4, which is sold for police use, the 3-door LADA 4x4 and models of the Granta, Vesta, XRAY and Largus families are presented in Mongolia.

LADA Export Managing Director Max Missana said: “Mongolian customers show high interest in new cars. They have already begun to assess the reliability, efficiency and affordability of LADA cars. The level of our sales will soon enable LADA to enter the TOP-10 in this promising market”.
