LADA GRANTA WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION IS ALREADY AVAILABLE AT DEALERS’ SHOWROOMS

AVTOVAZ announces the start of sales of LADA Granta vehicles equipped with a classic automatic transmission. The automatic transmission is installed on vehicles of sedan and liftback body types. The price of a sedan with AT – from 1,176,900 rubles, and liftback – from 1,247,900 rubles. Sedans with AT are available in Comfort Plus version, which includes two front airbags, ABS, air conditioning, heated front seats, electric adjustment and heating for exterior mirrors, as well as audio system, 15-inch light-alloy wheels. Liftbacks with AT are produced in the #CLUB version, which in addition has a heated windshield and parking sensors. Externally, the vehicle is distinguished by black housings for mirrors and two-tone light-alloy wheels; the logo of this version is embroidered on the seats. The four-speed automatic transmission is using a 16-valve engine with capacity of 98 hp. A similar powertrain has previously been used on the vehicles of LADA Granta family. The maximum speed of the vehicle is 176 km/h, acceleration to 100 km/ h is 13.3 seconds, fuel consumption in a mixed cycle mode is 7.4 liters / 100 km. Some LADA Granta vehicles with AT will be delivered under a contract with social services to provide transport for people with disabilities.

Maxim Sokolov: "Investments, competencies and jobs in the Russian automotive industry need protection"

Mr. Maxim Sokolov, the President of JSC "AVTOVAZ", held a meeting of the Expert Council under the Committee on Industry and Trade of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, dedicated to the development of the automotive and component industries, as also to the threats hindering their further growth and achievement of the technological sovereignty. The Council is composed of the key experts in the automotive and component industries. In his report Maxim Sokolov addressed the most challenging issues, particularly the expansion of imported cars from China, the range of measures proposed to protect the domestic market, along with the initiatives on the ELV fee indexation amount to encourage foreign companies' investments in the automotive manufacture localization inside our country. "In Russia foreign automotive OEMs are pursuing the large-scale price expansion program, - Maxim Sokolov stated. – Speaking of China, last year the PC sales there exceeded 26 million units, affording an opportunity for their brands, due to the scale effect, to give the long-term and almost uncapped discounts in foreign markets, including the Russian one. Let me give as an example one Chinese off-roader being popular in Russia, just recently its discount amounted to 900 thousand rubles, that is three times higher than the average ELV fee. In other words, as of today the protective barriers in the domestic market are not sufficient for encouraging the foreign automakers to switch from importing finished cars into the Russian Federation to investing in the development of industrial manufacture inside our country." Since mid-2023, the Chinese brands have been cumulatively holding over a half of the PC market in Russia in quantitative terms, having reached a record 60% in December last year. "In monetary terms, the situation is even more dramatic, - Mr. Sokolov highlighted. - AVTOVAZ, covering more than a third of the Russian market in units, financially controls a share just slightly over 9%. It means that the remaining 90% of the funds are being simply washed out of Russia abroad, to where the added value is generated, to where foreign engineers, workers, and component suppliers are having their jobs. In the truck segment, the situation is no less concerning, it is Chinese manufacturer that has been keeping podium in quantitative and in monetary terms for several months now." The situation as it has developed, poses a real threat not only to the development of, but also to the sustainable existence of the domestic automotive industry and component industry in the medium term. To date, the industrial cooperation with AVTOVAZ alone employs more than half a million people in the central regions of the country. In the absence of efficient mechanisms encouraging the foreign automakers' investments in the local manufacture development, money will continue being washed out of the Russian economy. According to experts, if current trends continue staying in force, the domestic automotive OEMs will be bound to cut production down to 50% due to the forced switch to the one-shift operation mode (instead of two-shift), caused by a dropping demand in their price segments, where, through the large-scale discounts, imported Chinese cars are going to have presence. Under these circumstances, the Russian companies will have to make just low-tech outdated products only, being unable to finance their R&D and capacity development, so as unable to create new high-tech jobs. All of these will adversely affect the achievement of technological sovereignty and industrial growth. Following the meeting of the Expert Council, the attendees supported the proposals aimed at protecting the Russian automotive and component industries. In particular, the initiative has been put forward to consistently increase the ELV fee, which should facilitate the foreign companies' investments in the local manufacture setup and development. As part of the Council panel discussion, the expert community proposed setting the step-by-step progressive scale of the ELV fees for the passenger cars, commercial vehicles and trucks, agricultural, construction and road engineering vehicles, buses, and electric vehicles. In the short run, the detailed proposals by the Expert Council will be submitted to the Committee on Industry and Trade of the State Duma and to the relevant executive branch. "The initiatives of our Expert Council to strengthen the measures to protect the local market are based on the state approach. The national automotive and auto component industries are ready to face up the fair market competition. But for this, all players shall compete within the single legal and market field. We stand for there to be more number of localized automotive productions in Russia, both under national and foreign brands. And let them bring a wide choice of models to the market and compete with each other for the domestic buyers' attention. Thanks to increased market protection, imports of finished cars shall be replaced by investments in their manufacture inside the country. Local manufacture in Russia will be growing up, there will be more orders for the component industry, new technologies and jobs will appear, the cost of components will decrease, prices for new cars will go down, and thus the market will grow. Each of us, being a citizen of Russia, is evidently interested in the situation evolving this way," - AVTOVAZ President Maxim Sokolov emphasized.

AVTOVAZ EXPANDING LADA GRANTA LINEUP WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

AVTOVAZ has started production of LADA Granta with the "classic" automatic transmission. The batch of these cars will approximate to five thousand units to be output throughout the year. The start of sales date and price TBA later. The Granta АТ batch will be partly (several hundred cars) delivered under the contract with the social services providing the means of transportation for people with reduced mobility. Directly at the plant these cars will get the factory-installed specialized equipment that considerably simplifies driving for people with disabilities, including those with amputations. Mr. Maxim Sokolov, President of JSC "AVTOVAZ": "AVTOVAZ is consistently bringing back to the cars the options that have been temporarily missing due to increased sanctions pressure. Granta with the "classic" AT is a due example of this. Fulfilling the order of the social services that will get delivered the modern and safe cars for people with disabilities, stands out as the crucial task. Given the current circumstances, this obligation will be fulfilled by AVTOVAZ right on time".

LADA DEMONSTRATING Q1 SALES GROWTH OF 42.5%

Following the results of end of March 2024, LADA PC & LCV sales in the Russian Federation amounted to 42,840 units, representing the highest performance over the past 11 years. March sales results are similarly 53.6% higher vs February 2024, and 83.6% higher compared to March 2023. LADA Vesta New Generation demonstrated its best performance since the start of sales, which is 11,703 vehicles (plus 71.6% to February 2024). As regards the entire Vesta Family, it is the highest sales performance since June 2021. LADA Granta is as well notable for strong demand in March, which is 20,412 vehicles, giving the second-best performance in terms of sales volumes in the entire lifecycle of this vehicle model. In March 2024 the sales volume is 59.5% higher vs February, and 25.6% higher compared to March last year. NIVA Family sales in March 2024 amounted to 10,028 vehicles, which is 56% higher compared to March 2023. In total over the period of three months of 2024, in Russia LADA sold 91,563 PCs & LCVs, which is 42.5% higher year-on-year. Mr. Maxim Sokolov, President of JSC "AVTOVAZ": "The Company proceeds on implementing the 2024 production plan, approved by the Board of Directors. In the first quarter, the automotive output in Togliatti, compared to 2023, grew up by more than 70% amounting to nearly 116 thousand vehicles. Unfortunately, we are still observing extremely aggressive price expansion on the part of imported vehicles of the Chinese brands, having no interest and seeing no motivation to localize their production in Russia, which could load the Russian component industry with additional orders either. According to analysts, some eastern brands that have come to Russia are experiencing the spare part shortages, as well as the automotive service centers having difficulties while ordering parts for maintenance and repair".

AVTOVAZ opens the doors!

JSC AVTOVAZ, the largest manufacturer of passenger cars and the leader of the Russian market, announces the launch of an industrial tourism program. The development of the program is carried out as part of the implementation of the tasks of Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, set by him on February 29 in his Address to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, on the popularization of Russian industry and in-depth career guidance for youth. As part of a single program, tourists arriving in Togliatti will have the opportunity to visit the enterprise museum, which has a record number of cars and exhibits, as well as press production, the LADA Granta welding line, which is 83% robotic, assembly lines No. 5 Granta or No. 1 Vesta (depending on availability and production plan on the day of the tour) and personally take part in testing new cars, confirming their high quality. The program ends with a visit to the panoramic balcony on the 24th floor of the plant management building, the highest point in Tolyatti. Environment management system audit was carried out at AVTOVAZ

Environment management system (EMS) of AVTOVAZ JSC has successfully passed the next audit for compliance with ISO 14001 standards. Auditors called effective measures to reduce energy consumption one of the strong points of environmental activities of AVTOVAZ. Thus, in recent years, mercury-containing lamps have been changed with LED ones in all AVTOVAZ structural units, and when replacing roof covering of workshops were used materials more effective in terms of reducing heat loss. Carmaker received the EMS certificate of conformity to ISO 14001 requirements in 2005, and since then external audit of EMS is held annually. Thus, AVTOVAZ is among the most environmentally responsible Russian companies and confirms that the environmental safety of production is an integral part of company’s development strategy.

LADA NOVELTIES SET TWO HISTORICAL RECORDS ON THE ICE OF LAKE BAIKAL

The 5th International Speed Festival “Baikal mile 2023” was held on the ice of Lake Baikal from 7 to 11 March. New products of the title partner AVTOVAZ – the new generation LADA Vesta Sport and the LADA Granta Sport – set historical records in their classes at the event. The first speed record of 175,472 km/h was set by pilot of the LADA Sport ROSNEFT race team Vladimir Sheshenin driving the new generation LADA Vesta Sport in the station wagon body. This was the best result among 2/0l engine cars in the entire history of the “Baikal Mile” festival, as well as the highest speed among all the participants in new “LADA Formula” standings. Another highest mark on the speedometer in its class was shown by the LADA Granta Sport driven by many-time champion of Russia in different motorsport competitions, pilot of the LADA Sport ROSNEFT team Kirill Ladygin. The result of 163.606 km/h has become the highest speed in the 1.6l engine car class in the “Baikla Miles” Record Book. In 2023, the “Baikal Mile” festival was presented with three ice tracks with a 1 “Baikal mile” length equal to the maximum depth of Lake Baikal (1642m) and 1/8-mile length ice track for drag-racing. Competition participants had to show maximum speed on the ice of Lake Baikal speeding up in-line. Any design changes of a serial car were forbidden, except for using different tires. Although racing tires allow to start faster from a stop, LADA set the speed record on standard tires, which are lighter that the specialized ones. The major challenge for participants of the “Baikal mile 2021” competition was strong side wind of more than 25 m/s. It has calmed down only to the end of the final day of the festival that enabled the participants to improve their results and set the coveted records.

AVTOVAZ BoD approved main directions of development Strategy

At the last meeting, the BoD of AVTOVAZ JSC approved main directions of the Company’s development strategy, which the updated “Development Strategy-2030” will be based on. The document is expected to be finalized in Q4 2023. AVTOVAZ’s “Development Strategy-2030” is worked out in accordance with the state auto industry development strategy approved by the Russian government in late 2022. The government approach to the industry is based on satisfaction of the Russian market with highly localized cars, ensuring technological sovereignty, auto industry’s share growth in the country’s GDP, as well as competitiveness increasing of Russian products on the global market and export development. To fulfill these objectives, AVTOVAZ development strategy will include a set of solutions and actions on five main directions: 1. Taking of dominating position in the Russian market by AVTOVAZ. 2. Product lineup expanding, including by developing own platforms. 3. Technological sovereignty achievement, primarily on crucially important technologies and components. 4. Export sales development and increasing the number of markets with LADA presence, using local and global partners. 5. Maintaining business profitability and reaching financial sustainability by AVTOVAZ, including by loan repayment provided in the period when foreign shareholder “Renault-Nissan” Alliance managed the Company. «Our main goal in the “Development Strategy-2030” is to make the document as realistic as possible in the current conditions, AVTOVAZ President Maksim Sokolov told. Ivan Mironov headed LADA production site in St. Petersburg

Ivan Mironov, who previously worked as Senior Adviser to AVTOVAZ President, was appointed to Chief Executive of the LADA production site in St. Petersburg. Ivan Mironov was born in Saratov in 1985 In 2007, he graduated from the Economic Faculty of Saratov State Vavilov Agrarian University with a degree in “Economy and Company Management”, and in 2012, he finished Saratov State Law Academy majoring in “Jurisprudence”. From 2011 till 2018, Mr. Mironov worked for the Transport Ministry of the Russian Federation, having risen from senior specialist to Ministerial Aide and Deputy Director of Administrative Department. In 2018-2019, he had worked as CEO of “LSR Group” PJSC. In 2019, he was promoted to the Chief Staff of the Vice Governor Office in the Government of Saint Petersburg and held this position until 2022 Commencing June 2022, he has held the position of Senior Adviser to AVTOVAZ President, who supervised integration of production site in St. Petersburg to the Company’s portfolio. “I wish Mr. Mironov success in a new position, AVTOVAZ President Maksim Sokolov told. I’m sure that professional competencies and experience of Ivan Viktorovich will provide prompt recovery of car production in Saint Petersburg, as well as engagement of capacities of local suppliers to localize cars”. Recall that in February 2023, AVTOVAZ has acquired a 99% share in the authorized capital of the “Nissan Manufacturing RUS”, where production of the C and D segment cars under the LADA brand to be set up. Now, the documents are being completed and the necessary approvals for renaming the production site into the “LADA-Saint Petersburg” are being obtained.

AVTOVAZ JSC CONFIRMS PLAN TO PRODUCE MORE THAN 400K CARS THIS YEAR

During corporate shutdown, which is scheduled for early summer, AVTOVAZ is going to finish the validation of components, which have been localized in Russia earlier this year or delivered by new partners from friendly countries as part of the step-by-step import substitution plan, to be used for the AV conveyor assembly. These components are currently being tested. The tests are planned to finish till the end of the single corporate shutdown. Till the end of vacation, it is also planned to form additional component stocks to enable non-stop work of production lines in 2HY, when AVTOVAZ is going to significantly increase production output. AVTOVAZ President Maksim Sokolov: “I would like to note that three week shutdown should not affect the availability of cars in the dealership network, but ensure additional stock of components required to achieve the production objective of more than 400K cars in 2023”. Recall, that throughout 2022 AVTOVAZ strongly supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Governor and Government of the Samara Region had been working on a step-by-step substitution of imported vehicle components. This work has resulted in localization of more than 200 components and is still ongoing in 2023. As for plans regarding the plant in Saint Petersburg, AVTOVAZ has sped up preparation to the SOP and is going to start producing vehicles under the LADA brand in the city on the Neva river already in May-June this year.

LECAR RACING TEAM RETURNS IN THE RUSSIAN TOURING CAR CHAMPIONSHIP

AVTOVAZ subsidiary “LADA Image” JSC presented a racing program and updated composition of the LECAR Racing Team in the Russian Touring Car Championship - 2023. After a break last year, the LECAR Racing Team not only returns in the RTCC, but also intends to perform in the prestige “Super-Production” class with a young promising pilot Maxim Turiev. It’s the first time Maxim Turiev takes part in the Championship as a pilot of the LECAR team, combining participation with the position of a test-pilot of the LADA Sport ROSNEFT. The LECAR Racing Team will fight for the podium driving the racing LADA Vesta NG 1.6T, which was technically improved this year and got a new livery made specially for LECAR. The racing car was updated to the 2023 season: body rigidity was increased due to the safety cage refinement, engine reliability was also improved. Maxim Turiev, pilot of the LECAR Racing Team: «I’m glad to join the LECAR Racing Team. This will be a debut year in the Russian Touring Car Championship for me, nevertheless, I and the team aim to achieve high results this season. In the upcoming championship we will be performing on the new LADA Vesta NG 1.6T prepared by the LADA Sport team and I’m looking forward to get behind the wheel of this magnificent car in the LECAR coloring. I would like to thank the team of the “LADA Image” company and its CEO Alexey Tikhomirov for the opportunity provided”. Maxim Chernev will help the LECAR Racing Team in the competition for prize-winning places as a spotter. Maxim Chernev and the LECAR Racing Team have already demonstrated their professionalism and team work in the Russian Touring Car Championship - 2021. The LECAR Racing Team has been participating in the Russian Touring Car Championship since 2020 to promote the LECAR brand and its trademark of automotive components and accessories used to service team cars. It is the race track where the brand products are liable to the highest loads and show their best qualities. The new season of the Russian Championship and the Russian Cup will start on April 21-23 on the “Sochi Autodrom” track. In addition to Sochi, racing stages will be host on Smolensk, Kazan, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Grozny race tracks.

AVTOVAZ: anniversary of Georgy Mirzoev

On April 16 there’s going to be 90 years since the birthday of Georgy Mirzoev (1933-2018), who had had been acting as a Design Engineer in Chief at AVTOVAZ for 22 successive years. Georgy Mirzoev was appointed a Design Engineer in Chief of the Volga automobile manufacturing plant in 1976. Georgy Konstantinovich was one of those, who literally applied his hands and talent to create the Russian auto industry. Before joining AVTOVAZ, he was engaged in creation of “UAZ” off-roader. The LADA 2106/07, the LADA Samara of both generations, the LADA 110 and LADA Kalina family cars, the Oka car, second generation Niva (VAZ-2123) and other cars have been designed and launched in production in Togliatti under his management. Mirzoev was consistent in promoting and bringing in life the front-wheel drive cars building concept, as well as automotive plant capacities upgrade. The Design Engineer in Chief made great contribution to the creation of AVTOVAZ’s R&D. One of Mirzoev’s latest projects, as no longer Engineer in Chief, but still one of the leading specialists of the plant, was the development of cars powered by alternative energy sources. Mirzoev was awarded with state Order of the Red Banner of Labour, as well as the title of Honored Design Engineer of the Russian Federation for labor merits. Mirzoev was elected as corresponding member of the Russian Engineering Academy and Engineering Science Academy of the Russian Federation. Evgeniy Shmelev, First Executive Vice-President for Strategy and Technical Development at AVTOVAZ: «Georgy Konstantinovich was not only deep in the topic of vehicles, but one of those, who drafted the car building theory, applying all his competence. He brought up many highly qualified specialists both at AVTOVAZ and TGU, where he had been teaching for years, acting as a head of the automotive division. Georgy Konstantinovich created such a big pool of engineers, which is still in use, and which potential is still far from the limit”.

LADA GRANTA WITH 16-VALVE ENGINE IS IN PRODUCTION AGAIN

AVTOVAZ announces production resumption of cars with 16-valve 106 hp engines. The LADA Granta is the first car that was returned this engine, the LADA Vesta NG is scheduled to be equipped with this engine in May. The LADA Granta with 16-valve engine is a choice of customers preferring fast driving. Motor elasticity is provided by variable induction system: runner control valves change its configuration depending on the revs. The LADA Granta with 16-valve engine is distinguished by fuel efficiency, for example, the sedan consumes 6.5 liters per 100 km in a mixed cycle. Prices for the LADA Granta with 16-valve engines will be announces closer to the sales start of the model.

LADA TO PRESENT NEW LCV CLASS MODELS IN THE REGIONS

From May 16 to June 30, 2023, the LADA Fleet Road Show, a unique regional exhibition series of all up-to-date LADA models and LCVs based on them, is being held in 10 Russian cities. The event is held in LADA dealerships. Each city invites representatives of regional government and corporate clients to present the LADA model range and new modifications of brand LCVs and medical and social aid vehicles. On the LADA Fleet Road Show exhibition are presented following models: LADA Granta Prima van,LADA NIVA Kub (8-seat van based on the LADA NIVA Legend), pickups based on LADA Granta andLADA NIVA Legend, as well as bi-fuel LADA Granta CNG, etc. Irkutsk has become the first city to receive new samples of commercial and medical and social aid vehicles. The exhibition will further go to Krasnoyarsk, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Surgut, Yekaterinburg, Perm, Kirov and Yaroslavl. AVTOVAZ Sales Director Vitaly Osipov: “Currently we are observing interest growth in commercial LADA modifications. These are affordable and reliable cars to perform social tasks for small and medium businesses. Last year LADA took more than 90% of market share in the compact commercial vehicles segment. AVTOVAZ HANDED OVER TWO NIVA TRAVEL KHL TO HOCKEY LEGENDS

On May 18, 2023, the ceremony of summing up the 2022/2023 KHL season was held in Moscow. The season was marked by successful partnership of “AVTOVAZ” JSC and KHL, resulted in production of the special hockey LADA NIVA Travel KHL version and setting up of a series of special events for fans. At the end of the season, a certificate for the LADA NIVA Travel KHL was handed over to the best “sniper” and “shooter” of the regular season, striker of the SKA hockey club Dmitry Yashkin. Captain of the “Washington Capitals” Alexander Ovechkin, invited as special guest, handed over an individual award to the hockey player. AVTOVAZ also handed over the special hockey LADA Niva Travel KHL to Alexander Ovechkin in appreciation for his outstanding achievements and personal contribution to the development of Russian and world hockey.

AVTOVAZ raises tariff rates and salaries by 9%

At the Conciliatory Commission Meeting held by AVTOVAZ on May 23, Company’s management and Trade Union representatives decided to raise tariff rates and salaries of its employees by 9% starting from June 1, 2023. Annual tariff rates indexation is set in the AVTOVAZ collective agreement and determined by company’s production and economic activities and the subsistence minimum of working population of the Samara region. Maksim Sokolov, AVTOVAZ President: “AVTOVAZ professional team is our company’s crucial resource. Therefore, the high-priority objective of company’s management is comprehensive support of our employees and provision of decent salary level. Our special thanks go to Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the BoD Denis Valentinovich Manturov for his personal support regarding the decision on salary indexation, as well as to Governor of the Samara Region Dmitry Igorevich Azarov for his constant personal involvement in AVTOVAZ issues and ensuring of personnel employment. This attention helps the company to develop confidently, keep on moving forward and offer its employees the most advantage social package in the industry”. The Conciliatory Commission Meeting considered results of production and economic activities throughout 2022 and 4 months of 2023, production program tasks and new models production launch, as well as decisions regarding ensuring personnel employment in 2022 and 2023. The decision to transfer the LADA Vesta production in Togliatti, as well as ensuring AVTOVAZ team employment through temporary work organization with personal support of the Samara Region Governor Dmitry Azarov are mentioned separately. Decisions on salary’s purchasing power support through advanced tariff rates increase, bonus payout, establishment of additional monthly payments to workers and line staff were marked as well. Unconditional fulfillment of obligations and actions of Company’s Collective agreement was confirmed. Additional funds for implementing measures to improve working conditions and update social infrastructure were allocated in 2023. Inflation rates in Russia and the Samara region, subsistence minimum growth of working population in the Samara region, housing and communal services increaser and other figures were also considered when regarding indexation issue. Close consideration of all factors and figures resulted in decision to increase tariff rates and salaries for AVTOVAZ employees.

A new mid-class crossover LADA X-cross 5 was made in cooperation with one of the Eastern AVTOVAZ’s partners. LADA Saint Petersburg is going to produce up to 10K C and D class cars till late year. In 2024 it plans to start production localization with involvement of suppliers from Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region. “Over 1500 thousand employees will continue working at the capacities of AVTOVAZ’s St. Petersburg site. The existence of such ready, high-qualified team is the ticket to implementation of mid-term plans to develop this site, meaning both localization deepening of the LADA X-cross 5 and production set up of the D-class sedan in 2024. Russian pool of suppliers of auto components, raw materials and materials has already been formed to implement these plans. As part of the LADA X-cross 5 pre-production at the site in Saint Petersburg, equipment, including main production line, as well as inbound logistics and assembly processes were upgraded in the shortest possible time. Pilot car batch to train personnel and test technology was produced. Most of the preparatory work was done by employees of the LADA Saint Petersburg plant. The LADA X-cross 5 is equipped with 160-hp turbocharged engine and 7-speed AT, as well as all necessary safety and comfort options, including the ADAS intellectual safety system (driver fatigue monitoring, lane warning, adaptive high beam switching, surround camera systems, EBS, etc), multimedia and panoramic roof. The LADA X-cross 5 is scheduled to go on sale in Q3 2023.

TWO LEGENDARY LADA NIVA SUVS WENT ON THE “SILK WAY”

The “Silk Way” rally, which is the main event of the year for the raid LADA Sport ROSNEFT team, has started in Kazan on July 6, 2023. Team pilots drove through the starting arch in the center of Tatarstan capital on two rally LADA Niva Sport T2 cars and set forth the 5200km-length route through 13 regions of Russia. The rally will finish in Moscow on the Vasilievsky Slope on July 15. Solemn event at the Millennium square in Kazan was attended by the Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov, Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and AVTOVAZ President Maksim Sokolov. AVTOVAZ President tanked the Republic’s head for hospitality and active participation of Tatarstan in the motorsport development and welcomed the factory team and all spectators that came to support 98 crews taking part in the international rally raid. The LADA Sport Rosneft factory team has been taking part in the “Silk Way” rally on the NIVA SUVs for the second year in a row. The team started this year in the updated composition on 2 modernized cars. Given the experience of last race, engineers of the LADA Sport ROSNEFT have changed a lot in the LADA Niva’s design resulted in increasing both the speed and the reliability of the equipment. The LADA Niva Legend’s engine was replaced by updated 16-valve, 1.6 liter unit with power increased by 30%. Engineers also improved cooling system and transmission. Endurance of suspension parts and wheel travel were increased. Fuel tank was increased up to 180 liters while the car’s weight was reduced by 50 kg. Dmitry Voronov and Evgeny Zagorodnyuk participated in the “Silk Way” rally in 2022 joined the team. The second car is driven by Evgeny Sokhovenko previously performed for the LADA Sport Rosneft team in the Classic rally, as well as by Egor Okhotnikov, who has already successfully competed in the international races. This season, cars have already been tested at the stage of the Russian Cup competition in the Ulyanovsk region and the final retrofitting of cars and crews’ training was made at the AVTOVAZ’s testing facility in the Samara region. Alexander Nikonenko, who has successfully performed in the rally raids on the LADA Niva and the LADA Samara cars in the 90s and who presents AVTOVAZ in the Classic rally, joined the team as well.

AVTOVAZ helps the engineering education and opens technical center’s branch in St.-Petersburg

Member of the Bureau of the Russian Engineering Union and AVTOVAZ President Maksim Sokolov, who oversees the St. Petersburg regional branch of the Engineering Union, held a meeting of the regional organization’s branch. The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Committee on Industrial Policy, Innovation and Trade of St. Petersburg Kirill Soloveychik. The meeting discussed issues of document registration of the entity “Saint Petersburg regional branch of the Russian Engineering Union” LLC, election and approving of the Regional council composition at the regional branch’s extraordinary conference, holding the meeting of the Regional council in the updated composition, as well as chairman election of the Regional council’s board. The Bureau of the Engineering Union voted solid to appoint Antsev Georgy Vladimirovich to this position. Maksim Sokolov also noted the immediate priorities in the work of the Regional branch, which include notable work rate increase, participation in the national projects’ implementation, new members’ attraction and taking of leader positions in all regional branches of the Engineering Union. AVTOVAZ President also reported current situation at the LADA St. Petersburg to meeting participants. A decision to transfer a part of the former plant owner’s components non-demanded on the second market (engines, gearboxes, headlights and rear lights, steering columns, transfer cases, differentials, etc) to a number of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions, as well as additional education centers was made in the summer 2023 under the aegis of the Engineering Union’s regional branch. The transfer of components totaling over 15mln rubles has already been started. Maksim Sokolov dwelt separately on AVTOVAZ plans to open an office of AVTOVAZ technical center in Saint Petersburg already in September: “The city on the Neva river is famous for its strong engineering school and the technical education here is at the level of the best global standards. We will be glad to see new skilled specialists from St. Petersburg and those, who decide to move to the Northern Capital, in our engineering team. Our goals are ambitious: to reach the technological sovereignty of the Company, to create new LADA models and localize cars that we produce with our eastern partners here, in St. Petersburg”, Sokolov commented.

AVTOVAZ RESTARTS LADA LARGUS PRODUCTION

First LADA Largus LCVs will start rolling off the AVTOVAZ production line on August 14, 2023. The Company resumes this car production a month earlier than scheduled. In total, 650 LADA Largus cars of different modifications are planned to release in August 2023, including car kits for pilot batch of the LADA e-Largus EVs, which are going to go in production in Izhevsk later this year. Several bodies, which further will be used to adjust technological equipment in Izhevsk, are to be produced in Togliatti. AVTOVAZ decided to transfer the LADA Largus family production to the Izhevsk manufacturing site. The transfer project is scheduled to complete in 2HY 2024. The LADA Largus production transfer is due to plans in the short-term to significantly increase the Vesta car family production on the Line 1 in Togliatti, as well as plans to produce the executive LADA Aura sedan and a new crossover based on the Vesta platform. Thus, the Line 1 will focus on the co-platform cars production. Downtime in the Largus production will enable Russian suppliers to set up an additional component range to increase the technological sovereignty of this model.

LADA KEEPS ON INCREASING SALES

As of August 2023, official LADA dealers in Russia sold 33, 325 commercial vehicles and passenger cars of the brand, which is not only the best result of 2023, but also a new absolute maximum since July 2021. Sales of the LADA brand cars for 8 months reached 206, 321 units that is twofold more than in the same period of 2022 and 9% more than throughout the whole calendar 2022. The LADA Vesta with 6, 657 cars sold in August has renewed its sales maximum since March 2022. The LADA Vesta NG sales over 8 months totaled 17, 080 cars. The LADA Granta, the most popular and affordable model, was sold in the amount of 16, 785 units (+44,9% compared to August 2022). The NIVA Legend with 4,057 cars sold in August showed the best sales result since 2014. Sales of the NIVA Travel in August 2023 amounted to 5, 399 SUVs and set another sales maximum over the last three years. AVTOVAZ JSC keeps on increasing output rates and to date confirms plans to produce more than 400K cars in 2023. Commencing September, the Line №1 (Vesta) manufactures 40 cars an hour, the Line №3 (NIVA) – 45 and the Line №5 (Granta) – 54.

AVTOVAZ EXPANDS EQUIPMENT LIST OF THE LADA VESTA

On October 5 AVTOVAZ to resume production of bi-color LADA Vesta, as well as to expand equipment list of this popular family. LADA INCREASED SALES BY 96% OVER THREE QUARTERS 2023

As of September 2023, 36, 231 passenger cars and commercial vehicles of the LADA brand were sold in Russia, which is 8,7% more than in August 2023 and is the best result throughout the last two years. LADA dealers in Russia have sold 242, 552 new cars for nine months that is 96% more than in the same period 2022 LADA Vesta has renewed sales maximum since March 2022 with 7, 301 cars sold. AVTOVAZ increases ecological compatibility of production 

Environment management system of AVTOVAZ JSC has passed the next audit and confirmed compliance with ISO 14001 international standard. During the audit, the certification body “INTERSERTIFIKA” LLC noted that work to increase ecological compatibility of technological processes is carried out in all AVTOVAZ structural units. Auditors called effective measures to reduce energy consumption one of the strong points of environmental activities of AVTOVAZ. Mercury-containing lamps have been changed with LED ones in all AVTOVAZ structural units, and roof covering of workshops is changed for more effective one in terms of reducing heat loss. Throughout the year, filters in three paint cameras in the body paint shop have been repaired, which contributes to air purification improving. Process fluid transfer units have been consistently installed in various production units, thus, reducing the leakage probability. Four automated molding lines were updated in the foundry and forgings shop, thus, reducing the usage of compressed air. The audit also mentioned the high level of investment measures implementation and managers and personnel involvement in nature protection activities. Carmaker received the EMS certificate of conformity to ISO 14001 requirements in 2005, and since then external audit of EMS is held annually. LADA VESTA: SW AND SW CROSS TOP VERSIONS ENTER THE MARKET

AVTOVAZ announced production start of the LADA Vesta SW and SW Cross with a 16-valve 106 hp gasoline engine. The engine is distinguished by good elasticity and confident thrust both at high and low speeds. The cars equipped with such an engine is efficient: the fuel consumption in mixed cycle is 7.3l per 100km. The LADA Vesta SW cars will be available in the Comfort, Life, Enjoy and Techno trim levels, and the LADA Vesta SW Cross in the Life, Enjoy and Techno versions. LADA Vesta in the Comfort trim level features fully LED optics of rear and front lights, two airbags, ABS, air conditioner, railings on the roof, power package, start/stop button, etc. The Life version additionally includes heated front seats, multimedia system LADA Enjoy with 7-inch display, multifunctional steering wheel, body-colored door handles and mirrors. The Enjoy version also features heated windshield, rear parking sensors and rear view camera. Techno corresponds to its name, being the most equipped version. It has side airbags, digital dashboard that has no analogues in Russia and multimedia LADA EnjoY Vision Pro with a 10-inch display and Yandex services, interior and front doors lighting. Externally, car can be recognized by black roof and mirrors, as well as by 16-inch alloy wheels. LADA Vesta SW Cross is distinguished by increased up to 203 mm ground clearance, protective body kit, 17-inch wheels. The Cross version is additionally provided with original interior color range with vivid inserts. The SW Cross model has the same equipment as the SW model, but produced starting with the Life trim level. The LADA Vesta NG cars went on sale in May 2023. The car features fully LED optics and radically updated interior, which was made more comfortable and up-to-date. Soft coating is used on front panel and armrests. Interior functionality was improved: in particular, beverage pockets appeared on the panel of rear doors and the front passenger is provided with a mobile phone niche with separate USB-outlet to charge the phone. One of the important innovations is the appearance of a unique in Russia digital dashboard and the LADA EnjoY Pro multimedia system with 10-inch display and integrated Yandex services.

IT’S THE FIRST TIME, LADA PRESENTED A CAR WITH NATURAL LEATHER INTERIOR

It’s the first time, AVTOVAZ made a car with leather upholstery of interior. The LADA NIVA Travel has become the first such a car. High-quality Russian-made chrome-tanned leather with 1.1-1.4 mm thickness is used in interior upholstery. LADA SALES IN OCTOBER 2023:  THE BEST RESULT OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS

According to own estimates, LADA market share in the passenger car segment in October 2023 reached 40%. Official LADA dealers in Russia handed over 283, 464 new cars to clients for 10 months, which is 98.4% higher than in the same period 2022. The LADA Vesta renewed its maximum since March 2022. 9,034 cars were sold in October. 33, 415 LADA Vesta NG cars were sold from January to October inclusive. The LADA Granta, the most popular and affordable brand’s model, set its new historical record. It’s the first time since the model entered the Russian market, the LADA Granta month sales exceeded 20,000 cars and reached 20, 928 units (a 68.4% growth vs October 2022). The NIVA Legend was sold in October in the amount of 5,175 cars, which is the best result since 2014. The NIVA Travel sales in October 2023 reached 5,129 cars. LCV car segment showed the growth as well. 3, 347 LADA LCVs were sold over 10 months, which is 36.9% more than in the same period a year ago.

AVTOVAZ OPENED ENGINEERING CENTER IN SAINT PETERSBURG

AVTOVAZ has opened a new regional branch of its R&D in Saint Petersburg. AVTOVAZ’s engineering center in St. Petersburg is located in the business complex NEVKA. A new AVTOVAZ unit takes 1500sm in these historic building. A new center is designed for 160 high-quality jobs. Employees will be engaged in the development of the Russian component production, new component and system development, engineering and technology support of car production in St. Petersburg, cooperation with universities, suppliers support in the system engineering area. Thus, a new center will not only add the existing AVTOVAZ units in Togliatti and Moscow, but will also organically fir in the St. Petersburg auto cluster. Students of various St. Petersburg universities, including future designers, will be able to undertake an internship in the AVTOVAZ R&D in St. Petersburg. Style designer of the LADA NIVA Legend Valery Semushkin is one of the graduates of such universities, Stieglitz State Academy. Practice in the Engineering center will give the students a possibility to take part in real industrial projects, to make contribution to the Russian auto industry development.

LADA VESTA HAS BEEN THE 10-MILLIONTH CAR WITH “ERA-GLONASS”

The LADA Vesta NG has become the 10-millionth car connected to the state information system “ERA-GLONASS”. Eight years ago, it was the Vesta car that was the first mass-produced vehicle in Russia connected to emergency services in the basis trim level. Since 2017, the SOS button connected to the “ERA-GLONASS” has been the mandatory part of new and imported cars meeting the safety standards. “ERA-GLONASS” saves thousands of driver and passenger lives annually. The number of transmitted emergency calls is approaching 350K. Rescuers get exact coordinates of a car on average in 19 seconds thanks to the integration with all rescue services “112” in automated mode in case of severe accidents or by pressing SOS button. “ERA-GLONASS” enables with a maximum efficiency to follow the most important in the emergency medicine “golden hour” rule: aid provided within an hour after an accident increases the opportunity to save injured people fivefold and minimizes the risk of dangerous complications development by injuries. “The opportunity to use the advanced Russian system “ERA-GLONASS” was laid off already when designing the LADA Vesta, and today all our cars are equipped with this necessary tool providing safety to a driver and passengers. This unique system enabling promptly transmit important information to emergency services in automated mode has already saved a lot of lives. This is our joint contribution to the “safe and high-quality roads” international project, emphasized AVTOVAZ President Maksim Sokolov. CEO of GLONASS JSC Alexei Raikevich mentioned that automated activation through ERA-GLONASS when injured ones couldn’t call savers themselves has happened in 80% of accident calls. More than half of messages the system got from territories more than 30 km away from large settlements, which increases the value of every minute to accelerate emergency services response. In 9 of 10 cases, the calls were not doubled from other sources – by mobile phones of witnesses, which once again proves the effectiveness of the “ERA-GLONASS” in practice. “The fact that LADA Vesta is the first and simultaneously the 10-millionth car with “ERA-GLONASS” shows the manufacturer’s commitment to safety of millions of car owners. The system also becomes a mutual assistance tool in motorist’s hands. Around 5% of calls are not related to accidents today. Car owners press the SOS button if they have seen that the driver in the passing car got bad or they report on forest fires or buildings ignition. We are working on additional services creation based on the “ERA-GLONASS” system, which can interest the major Russian car manufacturer. Reduction of mortality accidents is one of the country’s priorities determined by Russian President Putin. Rescue stories confirm that vehicles connection to the “ERA-GLONASS” system has become the effective digital tool of road safety increasing. Late last October the state information system has saved lives of injured in severe accident in Sochi. LADA Vesta with a driver and two passengers fell of the cliff of more than 50 m height. The regional search and rescue unit of Russian Emergency Ministry noted that exact coordinates of the car transmitted by the “ERA-GLONASS” system were of crucial importance as the car was out of sight. The injured were lifted with the help of climbing equipment.

LADA GRANTA SALES EXCEEDED 1.5 MILLION CARS

As of November 20, 2023, LADA Granta’s total sales have overcome 1.5-millionth mark. “The jubilee” car of the LADA Granta family was sold in Togliatti under the “Buy in Togliatti” program. It was the white sedan in the Standard trim level. Exceeding the 1.5 millionth mark, the LADA Granta has become one of the most popular LADA families and outstripped LADA Priora and LADA Kalina models with the legendary VAZ-2109 in terms of sales. LADA Granta has been sold on the Russian market for 12 years, starting from December 2011. The model entered the rating of best-selling models in 2012 and from then on has been occupying the 1st or 2nd places. The LADA Granta project started as “people’s car”, and today this model has been the most affordable in Russia. The Granta family was expanded by top-equipped versions, as well as pickups and vans, Sports modifications, training vehicles, bi-fuel cars. The LADA Granta’s generation was changed in 2018. The base 8-valve engine was upgraded in 2020, it has got improved thrust characteristics and power was increased up to 90 hp. The LADA Granta family cars have characteristics enabling to solve various tasks. LADA NIVA WITH ABS AND EURO-5

AVTOVAZ began production of LADA NIVA Legend and LADA NIVA Travel of 2024 model year. The legendary SUVs are once again equipped with ABS and EURO-5 emission control system. Calibrations and engine control units for Euro-5 standard were developed in Russia, showing the technological sovereignty of LADA. Euro-5 standard vehicles have undergone a full cycle of tests at various temperatures, mountain tests, electromagnetic compatibility tests, etc. ABS reappeared on NIVA SUVs after reengineering and a series of tests. The system helps to maintain control during emergency braking, preventing complete wheel locking and uncontrolled sliding. ABS and Euro-5 eco-standard are available on all versions of LADA NIVA Travel and LADA NIVA Legend SUVs. Top versions of LADA Niva Travel are additionally complete with cruise control with a speed limiter function, an on-board computer, forced illumination of the instrument cluster and two-color alloy wheels. LADA SALES IN NOVEMBER: ALL MODEL GROWTH

At month-end November 2023, 36,054 LADA passenger and commercial vehicles were sold in Russia. That is 65.9% higher than in November last year. Total within 11 months this year official LADA dealers sold 319,518 new cars in the Russia, demonstrating growth in 94.1% compared to 2022. LADA Vesta shows consistently high results: 7,980 cars sold in November. A total of 41,395 new generation LADA Vesta have been sold since the start of production as of March this year. LADA Granta, the most popular and affordable model of the brand, was sold in the amount of 17,273 units. This is 32.7% higher than in November 2022. NIVA Legend, with 4,973 vehicles sold in November, shows 54.3% growth comparing with November 2022. Sales of NIVA Travel in November 2023 reached 5,175 cars (+40.8% compared to the results of November last year). In November, 505 commercial vehicles were also sold, which is 43.9% higher than in the same period last year.

LADA E-LARGUS TEST LOT MANUFACTURING STARTED IN IZHEVSK

On December 15, 2023, President of JSC AVTOVAZ Maxim Sokolov and the Head of the Udmurt Republic Alexander Brechalov visited the production site of LADA Izhevsk. The reason for the meeting was the production of LADA e-Largus test lot organized there - this project is going on according to earlier announced plans. LADA e-Largus is the first Russian electric car with domestic battery which is deeply localized. The plan is to have in LADA e-Largus electric car family both passenger and commercial vehicles (which in their turn will be produced in versions with different batteries and loading capacity). They will be equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor with rated power of 50 kW (for a short time can reach a peak power of 120 kW). Two traction lithium-ion batteries are located in the engine compartment and under the body floor (where the fuel tank was previously located) so that the usable volume of passenger compartment and trunk (560 l for a five-seater) can be kept completely. The dashboard of e-Largus provides for a digital cluster able to control all systems of the electric car, charge level and driving distance. The power train settings will ensure maximum speed of 145 km/h (limited electronically) and dynamic acceleration (less than 10 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h). The power plant for both versions was developed by Autonomous Energy Systems (SAE, part of the Itelma Group) in close collaboration with AVTOVAZ engineers. Batteries from SAE are designed and produced in Russia, control and thermostatic system is also Russian. The company is planning to localize the last imported element - accumulator cell - in the next 2 years. Mass production of LADA e-Largus is planned to be started in May 2024 together with restart of production of standard LADA Largus equipped by internal combustion engine. President of JSC AVTOVAZ Maxim Sokolov: “First of all, I want to thank our team. Everyone who was able not only to develop the entire architecture in the shortest possible time but also to create the most localized electric car in Russia - the localization level exceeds 50%. This is the best response to all attempts to press down Russian automotive industry. And of course, we thank the Government of Udmurtia, the country’s leadership and the sectoral Ministry for their support. You know that last year our situation here was not easy but the plant continued working to produce stamped and plastic components. Now the plant employs about one and a half thousand people and by the time the main conveyor with a capacity of 25 vehicles per hour is launched in May, about 3,000 people will already be working here.” Head of the Udmurt Republic Alexander Brechalov: “One year ago the situation in the plant was very uneasy. After the relocation of LADA Vesta assembly line to AVTOVAZ site, the production capacity dropped. The number of employees decreased 3 times. Together with the trade union, we took every effort to employ them in other companies. At the same time, we kept the floors renting them out to enterprises, actually turning into an industrial park. We always worked in contact with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Valentinovich Manturov, and the management of AVTOVAZ. They supported us. Today, taking into consideration the start of producing new vehicles, we need to increase minimum twice the number of employees at the plant. It is a very strong challenge. Together with AVTOVAZ, we have to work out additional proposals for specialists” - said Alexander Brechalov. According to his words, in Udmurtia, charging stations for electric cars are also produced by the Rusklimat Trade and Production Holding. The production is localized in the territory of advanced development in Sarapul, at the moment in rented facilities. After the new Technopark IKSEl-Sarapul is opened, the plant will move and become its resident.

AVTOVAZ IN 2023: SALES AND PRODUCTION GROWTH

JSC AVTOVAZ announced results for 2023. During a press conference in Moscow, President of JSC AVTOVAZ Maxim Sokolov announced achievement of key targets for production, sales and corporate development. Main tasks in 2023 were to resist sanctions while maintaining continuity of production, preserving personnel, keeping social guarantees and increasing wages, relaunching LADA Vesta in Togliatti, starting up the production site in St. Petersburg, expanding vehicle families and returning previously lost options, and, in addition, further implementation of investment projects for new vehicles. At the end of 2023, AVTOVAZ increased vehicle production to 374,077 units. Moreover, the production volumes of LADA vehicles at the Togliatti site have reached a record for the last 10 years. By the end of the year, 16 modifications were in production, 16-valve engine was resumed, and all models were transferred to Euro-5 standard. More than 1,200 parts, components and materials, previously imported from unfriendly countries, were localized and replaced. AVTOVAZ team grew to 34.5 thousand people and AVTOVAZ Group as a whole has expanded to 43 thousand. In 2023, LADA brand increased its share in the Russian automobile market and reached record levels over the past 20 years - about 35%. LADA remains the best-selling vehicle in the Russian Federation, and at the end of the reporting period, LADA Granta again took first place in ranking of best-selling models. The brand's bestseller simultaneously updated its annual sales record, reaching 206,116 vehicles. Overall, LADA sales in 2023 increased by 87%, amounting to 352,572 units. In addition to LADA Granta, the TOP 5 of the Russian car market includes LADA NIVA and LADA Vesta family. In 2023, 49,272 new generation LADA Vesta vehicles were sold. Sales of NIVA family amounted to 92,003 units, this volume is almost equally divided by Legend and Travel models. At the end of the year, LADA completely take up the segment of light commercial models of B-segment: the brand’s share in this market niche was 99.6%, and a total of 4,228 such vehicles were sold. The growth in LADA sales was accompanied by the development of the dealer network. Today, 568 dealer centers operate under AVTOVAZ control, of which 315 specialize in LADA, and 253 in Renault and Nissan brands. At the end of 2023, sales of spare parts and accessories increased by 22%. Lecar World project was actively developing, including the sale of spare parts under its own Lecar brand, a multi-brand network of spare parts stores and service centers, and a marketplace for spare parts. Sanctions pushed LADA transformation in 2023 in the export business model. In the past year, about 6.5 thousand LADA cars were sent abroad to dealership centers in 8 countries. CIS countries remain priority export destinations, with plans to restart sales in Latin America, Africa and Middle East in the near future. A number of SKD LADA assembly projects are being implemented abroad, and one of them could be the resumption of Granta assembly in Egypt. In 2024, AVTOVAZ plans to launch LADA Vesta with a new powertrain (1.8 EVO and automatic transmission), resume production of LADA Largus and begin production of e-Largus in Izhevsk, systematically renew the color scheme, reintroduce options to vehicles (including ESC on LADA Vesta), develop the production of special modifications, including sports, bi-fuel, manually-operated vehicles. Work will continue on new models, including LADA Iskra, the start of production is scheduled for early 2025.

AVTOVAZ HAS DECIDED TO CONDUCT AN ADVANCED INDEXATION OF TARIFF RATES AND EMPLOYEES` SALARIES

On January 19, AVTOVAZ President Maxim Sokolov held a meeting with Sergei Zaitsev, the Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of AVTOVAZ, JSC ASM RF. The parties discussed the results of the enterprise’s work in 2023 and the plans facing the automobile plant. One of the main topics of the meeting was working with personnel and fulfilling mutual production and economic obligations. It was noted that due to the sharp increase in production plans, the Company began massive recruitment of new workers at an accelerated pace, and continues it today. Thus, at the end of last year, the company’s staff increased by more than 2,600 people. The main sources of recruitment remain the city of Togliatti and the Samara region - in the total volume of recruited personnel, the domestic region of the plant occupies about 90%. The parties discussed that work on further staffing of AVTOVAZ will continue with a focus, first of all, on the labor potential of Togliatti and the Samara region. At the meeting, a significant increase in wages at the enterprise was also noted: over the past year, the average accrued salary for all personnel increased by 40.5% - to 71,715 rubles. (51,047 rubles in 2022), and for main workers by 57.1% - up to 74,435 rubles. (47,376 rubles in 2022). The implementation of the collective agreement is considered separately. In 2023, all activities were completed in full. AVTOVAZ allocated 2.3 billion rubles for these purposes, which is 17% more than in 2022. Moreover, the Company allocated an additional 1 billion rubles to improve working conditions and update social infrastructure (sanatoriums, recreation centers, social facilities). Another topic of discussion was support for mobilized workers and their families. AVTOVAZ systematically carries out the relevant work. Responsible persons have been appointed at each production site to be assigned to the families of the mobilized. Assistance is provided in solving everyday and financial issues, vouchers for treatment and recreation are allocated, and other pressing requests are resolved. At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties noted the need to maintain a constructive partnership between the management of the enterprise and the trade union to resolve issues relevant to the workforce. Also, the Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of JSC AVTOVAZ, Sergei Zaitsev, noted that an effective measure to facilitate the further recruitment of the car plant’s team in the context of an increase in the car production plan to 500 thousand units, as well as maintaining the purchasing power of the wages of existing employees of the enterprise will be the advanced indexation of tariff rates and salaries. In this regard, it was proposed to shift the indexation date fixed in the collective agreement from July 1 to February 1 of the current year. Based on the achieved results of production and economic activities, the President of JSC AVTOVAZ Maxim Sokolov supported this proposal. Indexation of tariff rates and salaries for employees of AVTOVAZ JSC and subsidiaries in Togliatti and Izhevsk from February 1, 2024 will be 9%. LADA EXPANDS GRANTA COLOR PALETTE

LADA is expanding the color range of its bestseller, the Granta family, returning popular metallics to the palette - silver-dark-gray "Borneo" and golden brown "Coriander". Official LADA dealers are already accepting orders for cars in these colors. The additional payment for metallized enamel is 15 thousand rubles. The colors "Borneo" and "Coriander" are quite complex from a technological point of view. Before their development, the entire body painting technology was re-adjusted, having been associated with the use of materials from new suppliers. Now there are 5 enamels in the LADA Granta color scheme: in addition to "Borneo" and "Coriander", there are silver "Platinum", black "Panther" and white "Glacier". It is planned that "Borneo" and "Coriander" enamels will appear on other LADA models, in particular on Vesta and the NIVA family.

Speed and ice: more than a hundred and twenty pilots will conquer the first Zhiguli Mile

From February 7 to 11, the First National Ice Speed Festival "Zhiguli Mile 2024" will be held in Togliatti. The event will take place on the ice of the Zhigulevsky Sea (Kuibyshev Reservoir), near the renovated embankment of the Avtozavodsky district of Tolyatti. The festival is supported by the Government of the Samara Region, the Administration of the Tolyatti City District and the title partner JSC AVTOVAZ. More than one hundred and twenty pilots applied to participate in the First National Ice Speed Festival. All of them will fight for the opportunity to become the first record holders of the Zhiguli Mile, as well as for the title of a new absolute record holder. Among the participants is the most titled factory team in Russia, LADA Sport ROSNEFT, which last year for the first time became a participant in the winter Festival of Speed - the fifth anniversary of the Baikal Mile. Pilots Vladimir Sheshenin, Kirill Ladygin and Mikhail Mityaev, multiple winners and prize-winners in various disciplines of motor sports, will perform in a specially prepared LADA NIVA Sport T2 rally-raid car. Vladimir Sheshenin currently also holds the absolute record (175.472 km/h) in the Formula LADA classification. Vladimir Cherevan, master of sports, current champion and participant in the International Circuit Racing Series on historic cars, will join the races in LADA cars. At the start he will bring his two-liter VAZ-2101, specially prepared for participation in circuit racing. Starting from February 7, 2024, all LADA Vesta cars coming off the assembly line of AVTOVAZ are equipped by two air bags. After all necessary tests and calibrations are finished, driver airbag will be returned to LADA Granta by the end of February 2024, passenger airbag – in March. But perhaps the most important thing will be to improve the safety of legendary Niva family cars – the activity for testing and equipping the Legend and Travel models with air bags is in active phase" – highlighted Maxim Sokolov. We remind that interruptions in the supply of air bags appeared in the middle of autumn 2023 when the foreign supplier refused to ship products due to direct sanctions introduced against AVTOVAZ. Thanks to prompt preventive actions, the company managed to accumulate an adequate stock of these components that covered the production need almost until the end of last year. Also rapidly, a reliable alternative supplier was found which air bags passed complete cycle of tests, validations and calibrations before delivered to production. To keep the even pace of production, employment and load of component suppliers, AVTOVAZ in the end of 2023 and beginning of 2024 produced a limited batch of more affordable Vesta and Granta. These cars fully meet the current Russian technical regulations related to safety and successfully find their customers.

LADA SPORT ROSNEFT SET UP 7 RECORDS AT THE ZHIGULI MILE SPEED FESTIVAL

As many as 7 records were set up by LADA Sport ROSNEFT team at the first speed festival called Zhiguli Mile held on February 7 – 11 on the ice of Kuibyshev <a href="https://www.multitran.com/m.exe?s=reservoir&l1=1&l2=2">reservoir</a> in Togliatti. More than 140 participants tried to accelerate their vehicles to maximum speed in several classifications - Baikal mile (1642 meters – the maximum depth of Lake Baikal), Zhiguli Mile (1433 meters - historical length of the main assembly line of JSC AVTOVAZ) and an ice oval with a parallel start and a distance between participants equal to the highest point of the Zhiguli Mountains - 381.2 meters. The best representative of LADA Sport ROSNEFT team in the competition was Vladimir Sheshenin who set up two absolute records in the LADA Formula qualification group. He raced his LADA Vesta Sport up to 192.745 km/h in Zhiguli Mile and to 192.312 km/h in Baikal Mile. But LADA Vesta Sport was not the only car piloted by Sheshenin. When driving a raid LADA NIVA Sport T2, he demonstrated the speed of 131.764 km/h at the distance of Zhiguli Mile that became the best result in class. The fastest driver on the same vehicle was one of the creators of the raid vehicle, an engineer of LADA Sport ROSNEFT racing team Konstantin Gystarov who showed maximum speed of 134.808 km/h at Baikal mile. The raid LADA NIVA was noted with a flourish as well on the ice oval where the same Konstantin Gystarov had the fastest time of covering the ring in his qualification group. Kirill Ladygin was the best to drive LADA Vesta SW Sport prototype (165.039 km/ in Baikal Mile and 167.879 km/ in Zhiguli Mile). Zhiguli Mile is a large-scale celebration for those who love various vehicles. The rules contain no strict limitations in design of vehicles. That is why vehicles, bikes and mono-wheels built on the basis of both traditional internal combustion engine and as well as electrically driven and even <a href="https://www.multitran.com/m.exe?s=jet-propelled&l1=1&l2=2">jet-propelled</a> participated in the rally. LADA IS THE MOST LIQUID B-SEGMENT CAR

LADA cars took all first lines in B-class segment within the framework of car liquidity rating compiled by Autostat analytical agency. The annual Residual Value rating shows how liquid a particular car is, how much it loses or gains in value 3 years after purchase. Using the Autostat methodology, residual value indices are calculated and a rating of models by segment is compiled. This year, the list of the most liquid cars is published for the ninth time. Autostat agency examined cars of 45 brands: 248 models and 603 modifications. First place in "B" class was taken by LADA Largus. The car, which has already led the Residual Value rating more than once, showed a result of 154%. The second place was taken by LADA Vesta, which, according to rating, is valued on the secondary market at 144% of the original price. LADA Granta showed a result of 134%, meaning that the Russian bestseller becomes more expensive by one third when resold on the secondary market. In addition, LADA Niva, one of the permanent rating leaders, took third place in B-class SUV segment with a score of 137%. AVTOVAZ STARTED PRODUCTION OF LADA LARGUS PILOT BATCH IN IZHEVSK

Lada Izhevsk car plant, part of AVTOVAZ group, started production of a pilot batch of LADA Largus cars. The first five vehicles to be produced by the end of this week will be commercial vans. Maxim Sokolov, President of JSC AVTOVAZ: "Our specialists managed to move Largus assembly facilities from Togliatti to Izhevsk in the shortest possible time and to perform commissioning work. We will now begin to assemble a pilot batch, which will totally make about 80 cars by May. They will be used to test full-cycle production technologies, conduct personnel training, and validate equipment parameters and settings. Our plant is "coming to life" after break. We are recruiting new staff at competitive wages and confirm plans to begin full-scale production of the country’s most popular light commercial vehicle in May." Decision to transfer the production of LADA Largus cars from the main site in Togliatti to Lada Izhevsk plant was made in late summer 2023. This was necessary to free up capacity for the production of new models on LADA Vesta platform in 2024-2026.

AVTOVAZ TO RETURN CRUISE CONTROL TO LADA VESTA

Enhancing the competitiveness of LADA brand and following the wishes of its customers, AVTOVAZ continues to return comfort and safety options to cars. Dealerships received the first lots of LADA Vesta cars equipped with a cruise control system, which increases the comfort and safety of country travel and daily city trips. The "Cruise Control" function is designed to automatically maintain a given vehicle speed without engaging the accelerator pedal by a driver. Together with this system, the "Speed Limiter" function works, designed to automatically limit the maximum permissible vehicle speed set by the driver. Cruise control is set using buttons on the steering wheel, with a tell-tale of the activated function displayed on the instrument cluster. If rapid acceleration is required, the driver can press the accelerator pedal, and after pedal`s disengagement, the car will continue moving at previously set speed in cruise control mode. Cruise control is available on all LADA Vesta family models, starting with the Life package (starting price 1,602,900 rubles). It is worth reminding that the cruise control function is not the only option returned to LADA Vesta cars recently. In addition to this system, Era-GLONASS with an automatic call function, a toxicity reduction system meeting the Euro-5 standard, as well as two front airbags have returned to cars.

LADA IZHEVSK LAUNCHED TEST ASSEMBLY OF LADA LARGUS PASSENGER VERSIONS

Lada Izhevsk car plant continues to produce a pilot batch of LADA Largus cars. In addition to vans, assembly of which began last week, Largus passenger versions have entered test production. It is worth reminding that it is planned to produce in total about 80 cars by May 2024, which will further be used to adjust full production cycle processes and train personnel. President of JSC AVTOVAZ Maxim Sokolov: "We see that Largus is in high demand in the market, and we are making every effort to restart serial production of internal combustion engine vehicles in May with appropriate level of quality and in required volumes." "As for another Izhevsk model, the first Russian highly localized electric vehicle e-Largus, we confirm plans to put it into production line in the third quarter of 2024. However, its production output will directly depend on demand and additional balancing of government support measures. e-Largus competes in price with non-localized Chinese electric vehicles. Their added value is generated abroad, but at the same time, buyers of these cars in Russia receive government support, the amount of which is actually equal to the price of a new LADA Granta car in average version. We believe that current situation requires fine-tuning of the mechanisms for stimulating demand in order to keep state support funds within the country, ensuring strengthening of the technological sovereignty of domestic car industry as part of the implementation of instructions of the President of Russia," Maxim Sokolov emphasized separately.

AVTOVAZ TO RELEASE THE FIRST BATCH OF SERIAL LADA VESTA CARS WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

AVTOVAZ announced the start of serial production of LADA Vesta cars equipped with a new powertrain - an upgraded 1.8EVO engine (122 hp) and automatic transmission. New powertrain has passed a full cycle of laboratory and road tests, while electronic engine and transmission control systems have been specifically calibrated for LADA Vesta. To install AT, various vehicle systems were upgraded: fuel system, brakes; a new powertrain support was introduced. It is planned that AT will be installed on all Vesta family models: sedan, Cross sedan, SW and SW Cross. Prices, configurations and start dates for sales will be announced later.

For fans of this exciting sport, an interactive draw of LADA VESTA SW CROSS car will be held from March 1 to April 21, 2024. The main communications partner of LADA will be MATCH TV channel. In the interactive draw game, all hockey fans will be asked to show attentiveness and determination in order to eventually become the owner of a car. Participants need to register at lada.matchtv.ru, collect QR codes, upload them at their profile, and wait for the results. QR codes will be integrated into live broadcasts of matches of the Continental Hockey League and "All to Match!" program in the format of an exclusive LADA feature, on matchtv.ru website, in social networks and MATCH digital environment, as well as posted in POSM-materials in LADA dealerships across all over the country. By scanning a QR code, the user will be taken to a page with a unique code, which will be automatically taken into account in his/her profile on the special project website after registration. Codes from different media will have their own coefficient. More codes give more chances to win. LADA IN FEBRUARY: SALES GREW BY 19%

By results of February 2024, 27,888 LADA passenger cars and light commercial vehicles were sold in Russia, which is 33.9% higher vs. January 2024 and 19% higher vs. February 2023. LADA Vesta family has demonstrated the greatest increase in sales: 6,819 cars were sold in February 2024. This is 42.4% higher than in January 2024. Sales of LADA Granta in February amounted to 12,798 units, which is 33.9% higher than in January. NIVA Legend grew by 24.3% compared to last January and by 40.7% compared to February last year. LADA NIVA Travel has shown growth as well: plus 26.1% vs. January this year and plus 0.7% vs. February last year. In total, 3,904 NIVA Legend and 3,884 NIVA Travel SUVs were delivered to customers during the reporting period. LCV sales increased too: they amounted to 455 vehicles, which is 69.1% higher than last year's results, and 78.4% higher than the results of January 2024. In just two months, 48,723 LADA cars were sold. This exceeds the brand's performance in January-February last year by 19.1%.
